What is Charles Tour?
Charles Tour is tour management software for live entertainment: planning, resources (venues, hotels, travel), team and documents - one source of truth for the whole tour. Charles Bot (optional) proposes structured data from professional emails; you approve before anything is saved.
Do I need to install software or is it web-based?
Both: open Charles Tour in your browser, or install the desktop app (Mac, Windows) and mobile app (iPhone, Android). The crew reads the tour on the road; tour managers edit from the desk or the bus.
How does the free trial work?
14 days access to available features, no credit card. Create an account, invite your team, import or enter a tour. At the end you choose whether to continue - no obligation.
Can I import from Master Tour?
Yes. Export your day sheet or routing CSV from Master Tour, then import it from Charles Tour planning. Dates, venues, hotels, travel and contacts come over in bulk - you review before saving.
Does my musician or tech have to pay?
No. Crew access (read planning, accreditations, bus bunk) is free and unlimited for members invited on a tour. Only the organization running the tour pays for the Charles Tour license.
