Product newsletter & email preferences
You may occasionally receive a product-updates email. Every message includes an Unsubscribe link, and Account → Notifications has a “Product updates newsletter” toggle.
Transactional emails (account, invitations, day-sheet roster when enabled) are not controlled by this setting.

Day-sheet templates & roster email
Organizations can define layout templates for day-sheet PDFs and schedule automatic roster sends according to each member’s email preferences.
